This week we continue with Roc's realization that the Shuttle program is ending. Speaking of..can you believe the shuttle program is ending?! I know..."there are better, cheaper ways to explore space, especially in times like these". I think, however, the shuttle program...the human spaceflight program in general is a visible symbol for what we can achieve as a global society. Deeper than the usual "check out my comic" I know...but I feel the human exploration of space is valid, and it's sad that one era is ending without a clear vision of how we'll proceed. Annnnnnnnd...laugh!

Since we're getting a jump on this week's posting, I thought I'd throw in a larger than normal weekend-ish strip. Comic Con in San Diego went very well this weekend. Walked the floor with the official GB shirts (which I'll be posting soon), got to meet a lot of people, and handed out roughly 250 postcards which is no easy task. Welcome to the newbies, and enjoy!
